Finally! Today is the day I'm going to join the other moms at the park!

I hope you'll get along with everyone there. / I hope you'll make some friends.

Oh, no! I don't know any of them [these people]!

I hope Lucy will make a lot of friends here. Then I can make friends with their moms.

I still can't seem to make any friends at the park.

There's no need to rush (it)! Give it some time, and don't try so hard. You already have a lot of friends.

Lucy, did you see Anna at the park today?

No.

That's weird [strange]... I didn't see her mom, either. They come to the park every day. Maybe I should try calling her.

I met some nice people at the park today! We got along very well, and I decided to invite them for lunch tomorrow!

Good for you!

Lucy likes to play in the park, but I don't feel like going there anymore.

Why is that?

Because everyone hangs out in groups and I would have to join one of them. What a pain!

I don't like her that much but she's the only person I can talk to at the park.

You don't have to spend time with her if you don't want to. That kind of friendship doesn't last long.

Look. Moms are clustered in groups in the park.
